Cover Wars: Incarnate vs Daughter of Smoke and Bone

Cover Wars
(inspired by Kate's Throwdown Thursday at The Neverending Shelf)

Cover Wars is a weekly post occurring every Monday at Book Faery.
Two covers will have a "face off," and it will be up to the readers to
decide who is the victor and who is the loser.  This is a great way for
readers to have their voice be heard, while also promoting new/old books
in the process.

Last week we had a showdown between Everneath by Brodi Ashton, and Cinder by Marissa Meyer.

The Winner:
  Cinder by Marissa Meyer!

  1. Me too. Daughter of Smoke and Bone (or whatever that title is). I've always been a sucker for the darker backgrounds on covers.

  2. Sigh. You know I ADORE Daughter but I kind of prefer Incarnate's cover--it's much more colorful. (although you should see the UK version for Daughter--THAT one is prettyyyy)
