Grace Divine made the ultimate sacrifice to cure Daniel Kalbi. She was infected with the werewolf curse while trying to save him, and lost her beloved brother in the process.
Desperate to find Jude, Grace befriends Talbot, a newcomer to town. But as the two grow closer, Grace’s relationship with Daniel is put in danger — in more ways than one.
Unaware of the dark path she is walking, Grace begins to give into the wolf inside of her — not realizing that an enemy has returned and a deadly trap is about to be sprung.
Bree Despain delivers sizzling romance and thrilling action in the heart-pounding sequel to The Dark Divine.

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving in the UK, so just a normal cold (snowy?) day...no doubt everything will come to a standstill as is customary when we get snow lol.

This will be the first thanksgiving for just me and my son. My mother and my sister's family used to join us, but they decided they didn't want to. I still bought a huge turkey, so we will be eating turkey forever. I will be enjoying my son's company, and eating.

Hi :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for the wonderful opportunity!
I'm going to watch the Macy Parade today!
All the best,
RKCharron
Well of course we're eating all the finery, turkey, rolls, corn, and we have like 5-6 desserts going on! We always have a variety of desserts! Then we end up eating wayyyy too much and we all lay around in the evening saying how full we are!
ReplyDeleteWe used to go to the movies as well, but haven't done that in awhile since my niece is still too young to go to the movies and we don't want to leave anyone behind. If we get too bored or restless we usually go to Kmart or Walmart since they're open. Then we get plenty of rest for the Black Friday madness!!
Although this year, we aren't getting up at the crack of dawn to go out, we'll head out a little later!
jessbess2505[at]yahoo[dot]com
Ooooh... wolves with nail polish. That would have me feeling thankful.
ReplyDeleteFor Thanksgiving, I will be with my kooky kinfolk constantly reminding my mom to save the wishbone for me and my sis (something she forgets every year without exception)while I run interference, attempting to guard the bountiful spread from the slavering jaws of four pooches. Big fun for all.

I made a Ginger Pumpkin Tart last night and I have Dirty Rice cooking in the oven now to take to my Dad's side of the family. Then I do it all over again at my Mom's! I'm ready to go eat some delicious food and visit with family! ;)
ReplyDeleteSaddest thing is, my country doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving, but I'll try to delve into the festive mood from everyone out there and maybe get a huge chicken to share with my family. It's no turkey, but it'll fill us up as dinner, since it's also a special b-day for my uncle :)

I haven't had the chance to celebrate Thanksgiving yet, but I'm going over to my aunt's house with my family. We're gonna be gorging on food. I absolutely LOVE Thanksgiving dinner - turkey, gravy, stuffing, garlic green beans, garlic mashed potatoes, cornbread, apple cider... Just THINKING about it is getting me hungry! I love the conversations that happen during Thanksgiving dinner. So random and most of the time, hilarious! :D

Since she was with us, my boyfriend and I took her with us to his families for Thanksgiving.

We had a nice low-key supper at my parents house in which they did all the cooking and we just enjoyed family time together. They even catered to my oldest son who is a picky eater and does not enjoy holidays centered around food (namely Thanksgiving) by fixing him a hot dog - are they good grandparents or what? I went away very full and very relaxed. I love Thanksgiving. Oh and I slept in until 9:30 the next morning - no Black Friday for me.
